Wood Science Bowl
The Wood Science Bowl is designed to be a friendly wood-science technical trivia competition for student teams to show off their knowledge. Questions range from wood anatomy, mechanical properties, physical properties, chemistry, composites, degradation and deterioration, marketing and even some historical events!
This year the Wood Science Bowl will be held during the lunch break on Monday and Tuesday, June 16-17. Each school/program is welcome to enter one team of three student competitors. Depending on the number of registered teams, more than one team from the same school may be allowed. Cash prizes will be awarded for the 1st and 2nd place teams.
There will be a sign up sheet at the registration desk for teams and students looking to join a team. Wood Science Bowl rules can be found here.
Study up and represent your university or program in this fun event!
